On August 6th, 1945, US forces dropped the first atomic bomb over the city of Hiroshima. Today we remember the almost 200,000 killed and affected by the blast. We stand for peace and oppose the use of violence by others. As we get closer to World Peace Day, we urge people to put pressure on their governments and world leaders to call for peace. We use music as a tool for social change and peacebuilding and ask that people #makemusicnotwar. Studies have shown that music is a powerful tool that can shape culture and strengthen social bonds.
